Josh Howard had a solid game with 15 points and 8 rebounds. Dirk Nowitzki only hit 2 of 8 shots, but wound up with 15 points and 5 rebounds. Jerry Stackhouse added 14 points off the bench. Erick Dampier was tough under the boards with 12 points and 11 rebounds. Jason Terry (12 points) and Devin Harris (11 points, 4 assists) did o.k. in the backcourt.

The Mavs improved to 10-4 with this victory.
